2. Production planning and System.
3. As per production planning schedule – we can provide design of lab with all aspects (According to DBT or without DBT or Low cost technology) Or from 500 sq ft to 50000 sq ft. – (Including all plumbing and electrical connections).
4. Providing list of equipment’s and its reliable sources.
5. Equipment - Procurement and forwarding and arranging in lab.
6. Provide Production Protocol from - Mother plant Selection criteria, Surface sterilization process, Initiation, Multiplicatin, Shooting, Rooting, Hardening (Primary and Secondary), All this media combination and technical how to know.. its cutting technique, its artificial incubation techniques etc.
7. DBT documentation and Audit handling.
8. Providing all raw data to CA for Bankable project work (DPR) to release subcidy.
9. Provide – Production system, SOP, work efficiency, Some short cut methods / low cost technology (if there is a shortage for manpower, electricity, material or space, Market demand, natural calamities etc).
10. Monthly and yearly requirement of material, manpower and chemicals.
